1. Services Scope & Proposals

All Squarespace web design, redesign, technical SEO, and custom code projects are governed by custom written milestone proposals outlining exact deliverables, revisions, timelines, and payment terms.

2. Intellectual Property & Website Ownership

Upon final project milestone completion and receipt of full payment, full ownership of custom design assets, content configurations, and custom code injected into the client's Squarespace account transfers directly to the client.

3. SEO & Performance Disclaimers

While we implement rigorous, white-hat technical and on-page SEO best practices in compliance with Google Search Essentials, search engine ranking algorithms depend on hundreds of dynamic external factors; therefore, no ethical specialist can guarantee specific #1 organic search rank positions.
